I've spent more than 15 years as an enterprise architect, moving companies off ageing SAP and CRM systems onto modern data platforms, and lately building the GenAI and agent layers on top. Most of that time has been spent in the room where business problems become plans: shaping the solution, the roadmap and the business case before anyone writes code.
Along the way I've led a migration that consolidated customer data from several legacy systems with zero disruption to the sales teams using it, made data processing 60% faster by cutting out manual work, and brought 120+ people across four teams onto one architecture. I've done this across finance, manufacturing, retail and logistics.
